The articles are author's responsibility while all rights are reserved to JTEHM. The reproduction and translation of the articles are not permitted unless under special agreement with the publisher.

Articles submitted to the journal should not have been published before in their current or substantially similar form, or be under consideration for publication with another journal. Authors submitting articles for publication warrant that the work is not an infringement of any existing copyright and will insure the publisher against any breach of such warranty.

Articles shall be accepted for publication free of charge for the University of Colombo academic staff and students of Master Degree programme of Tourism Economics and Hospitality Management. All other articles shall be charged for publication. The Journal shall be priced for sales.
